Carolon MLS is a unique compression product for the treatment of venous insufficiency and to prevent or heal ulcers caused by this condition. This stocking may be used by VAD patients who need therapeutic compression.

Class II (30-40 mmHg) – Includes TWO underlayers and TWO stockings/socks per box. With proper care, these stockings should last through at least 90 washings and wearings.

The Carolon Multilayer Multilayer Compression System provides therapeutic support, improved circulation and prevention of varicose veins.   Because the product is applied in two layers, it is easier to don than other compression stockings having therapeutic compression levels.  After edema has been stabilized, the Multi-Layer Stockings may be used.

The Understocking Now Features Cupron® Copper Yarn Technology Fabric made with copper oxide impregnated yarn has the following characteristics:  Kills odor causing bacteria and fungi –   Improves skin appearance –  Helps prevent cross contamination – Non-toxic, non-sensitizing, and non-irritating to the skin.  Copper oxide is effective for the life of the garment and is unaffected by washing and drying:    In under 24 hours laboratory testing of copper oxide in the fabric reduced bacteria and fungus.

The Carolon Multilayer Compression System is available in knee length.

Choice of colors:  nude stocking or black dress sock:  black dress sock is available only in sizes A-E

PLEASE USE THE SIZE CHART BELOW TO DETERMINE CORRECT SIZE OR CALL FOR ASSISTANCE.  Stockings that do not fit correctly will not provide adequate therapeutic results.  Measurements should be made when legs are NOT swollen.

1) Use measuring tape to determine smallest ankle circumference and largest calf circumference.

2) Determine correct  length by measuring from heel to bend in knee.
