Description

Anchor that incorporates a skin-friendly, modern acrylic adhesive to securely hold tubes, drains and catheters in place on the skin. Can remain in place for up to 5 days.

Contraindications

Do not use on patients with a known sensitivity to acrylic adhesive.  Apply only to intact skin

Application:

Ensure the area is clean, dry, and free from powder and greasy substances • Remove the plain white backing paper from the device •Apply the body pad adhesive to the desired location • Remove printed backing paper from reusable tape on the top side •Place the catheter/tube along the center of the device • Mold both sides of the tape to the contour of the catheter/tube. Check that the tape is secure around catheter/tube

Instructions for Removal:

Remove catheter/tube, then apply light pressure on adjacent skin while gently pulling the adhesive from the skin
